Within the year, we'll have our very first brand new "Star Wars" movie since "Revenge of the Sith." Granted, it's months and months away from now, but still — if you weren't excited to return to that far-far-away galaxy already, it's time to start.
Artist Gerard Folz is already so excited for the arrival of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," that he's announced the Herculean task of drawing a brand new "Star Wars" comic book panel every single day of 2015. Folz says he'll adapt classic "Star Wars" scenes for his project, beginning with Storm Troopers landing on Tatooine:

As well as Darth Vader and Princess Leia's first encounter…
And Luke Skywalker staring off at Tatooine's two suns:
Pretty fun stuff so far, but the year's young! Here's hoping that the Force is with Folz, and that the Folz will be with us all year long.
"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" opens on December 18.
