Fans everywhere can finally breathe a sigh of relief. A new Kelly Clarkson album is almost here!

Call it impatient or maybe just serious fan devotion, but after three years away—and a marriage and a baby—folks began to wonder whether Kelly would ever release another album again.

Although Kelly released the Christmas album, Wrapped in Red, in 2013, her last proper full-length, Stronger, came out back in 2011. Thankfully, Kelly took to her twitter to clear up rumors and get fans even more pumped for new music.

"My next album is pop," Kelly said, though she also promises touches of her numerous influences ranging from rock to country to R&B. Oh realllly? This new album sounds better than we could have imagined.

The new album will also feature a duet with someone she's collaborated with in the past.

Could a Jason Aldean single be in the works? Personally, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for something featuring Ms. Reba McEntire.

And she also gave two cryptic clues for the first single.

Dr. Dre? Is there a collaboration in the works? A rap? Or maybe just a really sick, really memorable beat? We'll just have to wait (only a little bit longer now) and see!
