There are plenty ways for all of us -- including rappers -- to give back this time of year, and on Tuesday, Jeezy chose a pretty cool one: He bought an entire theater tickets to see "Annie."
But that's not all.
“Jeezy was even passing out the popcorn himself,” one moviegoer, Tenisha Bell, told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “What a wonderful way to pay it forward this holiday season.”
After the movie finished, the Atlanta rapper told the kids that he wasn't. So he, with the help of his Street Dreams Foundation, handed out toys to 100 or so young'ns in attendance.
"I just remember growing up and just being one of the people that wanted to make a difference in the community, and now that I'm able to do so, I just try to make sure I do that just year-round, not just one time of year. Christmas is special for everybody," Jizzle told the AJC.
"I love the kids and I love to see smiles on they faces, and even their parents faces. So it just makes all the difference in the world for me to go around the world, tour, and then come back and make sure I give back to my community and my people."
