Kim Kardashian made the Internet explode over a single selfie on Monday (Dec. 15), and that might have been a good thing if only she hadn't kinda-sorta cropped her daughter, North West, out of the photo.
Taking to her Instagram, the reality star did the one thing we can count on her to do daily: share a glamour shot of her gorgeous self. The only problem was, well, according to Mrs. Kardashian West, this wasn't baby North's most flattering shot.
The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star caught wind of the backlash and hopped on Twitter to laugh off the scandal, exclaiming "Can I live?!" She went on to explain exactly why she cropped the 1-year-old out of the picture.
Just a day earlier Kim was in full mommy mode, scooping up sister Kourtney's two children for a "Disney On Ice" excursion, while the eldest Kardashian gave birth to her and Scott Disick's third baby. North, Mason, Penelope and friend Joyce Bonelli's son Zeplin walked hand-in-hand to the show (buddy system!), which also marked little Mason's 5th birthday.
Despite what the haters have to say, Kim feels confident in her child-rearing abilities, and she's ready to expand her family. The reality star recently revealed she's actively trying for baby #2 with husband Kanye West.
"I want a boy and another girl," Kim told Allure magazine. "I want it to start happening straightaway. I loved being part of a huge family -- and I want that for North. We'd do IVF if nothing happens, but we both want to keep trying naturally."
