Angelina Jolie's Kids Are Already Asking For Tattoos

Which Jolie-Pitt will be first to get inked?

For every parent, there comes a time when you want your kids to do as you say, not as you do -- or in the case of the Jolie-Pitt duo, not as you tattoo. Via the Radio Times, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have apparently reached the point at which their brood of little ones are agitating to get inked.

For two parents who have dozens of tattoos between them, telling their kids they're not allowed is obviously going to be difficult. And of the two, it's apparently Brad who's having a harder time with the idea of his children, especially his daughters, going under the needle.

"They're already asking me about tattoos," Jolie said. "How do I say 'No'? It's especially hard for dads and girls. For some reason, men get a little more sensitive when the daughter gets a tattoo. And Brad thinks the girls can do no wrong. He's mush in their hands!"

It's not clear from the interview whether all the Jolie-Pitts are equally interested in getting tattooed -- and since a critical mass of them are still under the age of 10, we're thinking that Angelina and Brad still have a few more years before it really becomes an issue -- but since we're on the subject now, let's just run down a few of the best ways that the kids could indelibly ink themselves.

An international affair

With every one of the kids born in a different country (excepting the twins, obviously), they could all get tattoos on a family theme: a map outline of each of their places of birth, or the geographical coordinates.

An original artwork

The kids' doodles already famously decorated their mother's veil during her wedding, so we know there's at least one artist in the family. How cute would it be if they all got tattoos designed by their siblings?

An homage to dad

Perhaps Brad Pitt would feel better about seeing his kids inked up if they used him -- and his highly decorated bod in the movie "Snatch" -- as inspiration.
