Watch Rosario Dawson Nerd Out About ‘Star Trek’ For A Solid 2 And A Half Minutes

She really wants a holodeck.

If it wasn't already clear from the fact that she can -- and will, if asked -- speak friggin' Klingon, Rosario Dawson is deeply and irreversibly into "Star Trek" fandom.

This in mind, it should come as no surprise that Dawson thoroughly nerded out when MTV News asked her about "Trek" while chatting about her latest movie, Chris Rock's "Top Five."

"Some of the films are great, some of the films are not great, but you get into it, the world has always been remarkable," she said of the "Trek" universe.

Needless to say, she can't pick a definitive top five when it comes to "Trek," and unravels a jaw-dropping monologue about "Star Trek," walking to school, rock history and her career, before neatly circling back to "Trek" all over again.

"Imagine a world in the future where we didn't have money and it was really about excellence and exploration," she gushed about what she loves about the series and movies. "I can't wait to have a holodeck. You will never see me again, ever."

"Top Five" is in theaters now.
