Men across the globe are setting their razors aside this November to let their facial hair grow to raise awareness for prostate and testicular cancer, and 18-year-old singer Austin Mahone is proud to join his fellow man in solidarity and support.

The Texas heartthrob has shared a photo of what look to be the humble beginnings of a mustache on Instagram. At the moment, his is not all that much farther along than Justin Bieber's infamous, now-shaven 'stache, but according to the caption Austin plans on letting it grow all month.

"Curious to see how I look in a month," the "Places" singer wrote. And honestly, we can't wait to see what it looks like either! Maybe he'll give Bieber's less-than-beloved lip-warmer a run for its money?

Movember, also known as No-Shave November, began back in 2003 to support male-specific diseases like prostate and testicular cancers. More recently, however, the movement has been expanded to include general men's health and fitness awareness.
