You've seen those daytime shows with a group of women sitting around a table, or the evening entertainment rundowns with perky male and female co-hosts breaking the sad news about the Jennifer Lawrence/ Chris Martin breakup.
But you've never seen anything like "The Straight Out Report." Seriously.
The new Logo TV pop culture series, which premieres Friday, November 7 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, is the first of its kind to offer the gay and straight perspective on the day's most important (and most entertaining) issues.
Anchored by Stephen Guarino, a gay comedian/actor best known as Derrick from "Happy Endings" (as well as his current role in "Marry Me"), will run down the news alongside straight comedian Mike E. Winfield ("The Office") as they agree to disagree on everything you're talking about each week.
The show will include a guest appearance each week from a social media star who'll join the duo to dis and delight at the week's online trends.
Other can't-miss recurring segments will include "Enough With The...," which will run down topics that we're all sick of hearing about; "The IT List," a cheat sheet for all things pop culture that you need to know before the weekend; "Unintentional Gay Moment," a clip round-up of film and TV moments that weren't intended to be gay; and "Your New Best Friend," a guide to who you should befriend on Facebook and Twitter.
So grab your gay -- or straight -- best friend, and watch "The Straight Out Report" every Friday on Logo, beginning November 7.
