Keyshia Cole Won't Be Prosecuted For Attacking A Woman At Birdman's House

She got a nice break.

Someone decided to have mercy on Keyshia Cole. In September, the singer was arrested for battery after attacking a woman (who might've been a Cash Money employee) at Birdman's Los Angeles residence, and it sounds like she'll walk away without being charged.

She was booked for misdemeanor battery after reportedly entering the Cash Money CEO's LA condo in the wee morning hours and getting into a fight with another woman she didn't expect to see there (Cole and Birdman were rumored to be dating at the time).

TMZ is citing a source from the L.A. City Attorney's Office who says that she will not be prosecuted for the assault. Instead of going to trial, she will be required to show up to an informal hearing, where an official will listen to both Cole and the victim's account of the incident, and leave them with a strict warning.

There's also a chance that she'll be required to take an anger management course.

The singer didn't publicly comment about the incident, except for some not-so-cryptic Instagram posts that seemed to be aimed at Birdman. She eventually deleted most of them.
