Daniel Radcliffe Visited The 'Star Wars' Set And Was 'Harrison Ford's Worst Nightmare'

And he's definitely not in 'Episode VII.'

The MTV UK team recently got to talk to Daniel Radcliffe and make him answer for all of the trouble he caused by visiting the set of "Star Wars: Episode VII."

"I didn't realize I caused commotion," he said.

Sure, Dan. Sure.

Radcliffe's little field trip to Pinewood Studios set off a wave of speculation that the former "Harry Potter" actor had taken a role in J.J. Abrams' saga continuation.

But in reality, Radcliffe isn't in the movie and only recently became a "Star Wars" fan.

"I have only watched the first three, like the original movies, within the last six months," he said.

So clearly his "Episode VII" set visit wasn't about being a diehard. (Much of the "Harry Potter" crew is working on the film.) And his inexperience with the series made for some interest set stories.

"I'm a new 'Star Wars' fan. In a way, I might have been Harrison Ford's worst nightmare, because I'm like 'Those movie are so cool, man,' like I've just heard about them," Radcliffe said. "I admitted that to J.J. Abrams as well, and he looked at me like he maybe wanted to kill me for a second. They were very nice."

"Star Wars: Episode VII" opens in theaters on December 18, 2015.
