Sorry, authenticity seekers -- we just found out that Kelis doesn't even like milkshakes. The lady who once sang "My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard" told the U.K.'s Mirror that: "Funnily enough, I don't actually drink milkshakes."

So much for trying to find out with flavor is her favorite. (I bet it's pumpkin spice.)

The singer, who released her sixth studio album, Food, earlier this year, has an appetite for something much different -- perhaps something a little saucier? The Cordon Bleu graduate released her own line of sauces last year, which she named "Feast," and she apparently has some new concoctions in store for us this winter. She even says that she hopes to one day open her own restaurant.

You go, girl! We forgive you about the milkshake thing.
