What On Earth Is David And Lori's Connection Beyond 'Carter'?

The author and the abductor certainly share a past -- but what is it?

We're still reeling from Tuesday night's "Finding Carter" finale. So many questions! What's Lori planning to do with Carter? Does Mama Wilson think Carter willingly left with Lori? Are Taylor and Max truly dunzo? Does Grant still have a girlfriend? AND WHAT'S UP BETWEEN DAVID AND LORI?!

Our heads very well may explode.

That last question has us especially baffled. While Lori appears to be posing as the Wilsons' own personal stalkerazzi, David continues to play dumb regarding his "relationship" with Kidnapper Crazypants McGee...unless he really and truly is just as confused as we are. It's tough to tell with that one, seeing as he has a nasty habit of LYING every chance he gets.

What we do know is this — while the Wilsons claim to have first met Lori after Carter and Taylor were born, Lori has known them much longer. At least, long enough to take some creepy photos of a young David canoodling with a very pregnant Elizabeth, along with a shirtless shot of David from that same time frame.

Hello, hot stuff!

As Lori told Carter shortly after drugging her cup o' joe, "I was so looking forward to finally chatting with Elizabeth. We have so much in common, you...and David." Do David and Lori really share history — perhaps a sordid affair or college fling? Or is Lori just a random stalker with an unhealthy Mr. Wilson obsession?

This is what crazy looks like as a blonde.

Comment with your theories, and get the scoop when "Finding Carter" returns for Season 2 in 2015! (Ugh, do we really have to wait that long?!)
