For being one of the most anticipated movies of the Fall, Christopher Nolan's "Interstellar" is playing it really close to the vest. While the other big films coming out in the next few months are worrying about film festivals and early awards, "Interstellar" is just chilling and being like "Want to see a poster with Matthew McConaughey in a space suit?"
If you watched the last trailer, this isn't a totally earth-shattering look at the mysterious new Nolan film, but if you're like me, you'll take any peek you can get.
So far, we know that McConaughey is a member of a crew that heads into space looking for another hospitable planet after humans went and screwed up the perfectly good planet they ended up on. (I'm talking about Earth.)
From there, who knows? There's definitely a wormhole involved, since the concept is based on the work of physicist Kip Thorne, who also theorized about time travel, so that's another possibility.
"Interstellar" will finally hit theaters on November 7.
