Diddy’s a very busy man, so the fact that he took a picture with Lil' Kim in a recording studio means there’s something big on the horizon.

In the photo, which the Queen Bee posted on Instagram Thursday (September 11), the duo posed in front of the studio’s mixing console. Kim is dressed in sky-high red heels and chunking up the deuce, while Puff is rocking a basketball shorts, long-sleeve t-shirt and a white bucket hat.

“No way out @iamdiddy #hardcoremixtape,” Kim wrote in the caption.

The Brooklyn rapper's mention of her new mixtape, Hard Core 2K14, which is scheduled to drop tonight, may mean that Diddy handled some of the project's production.

No Way Out, of course, harkens back to the mid to late ‘90’s when the two went on the highly-successful tour of the same name to promote the Bad Boy mogul’s debut solo LP.

Talk about #ThrowbackThursday! These two have been linked for nearly 20 years, beginning with the late icon Notorious B.I.G.’s co-sign—that’s a lot of hip-hop history and hits, people.

Let’s just hope that this picture means that “Puffy” and Kim have rekindled that old sonic magic.
