‘Faking It’ Guest Star Laverne Cox Looks Right At Home At Hester High

The 'Orange Is the New Black' actress gushed about the cast after filming.

Hester High School’s new drama director will put the student body through the wringer when “Faking It” returns for Season 2 later this month, but “Orange Is the New Black” star Laverne Cox, who’s taking on the role of the theatrical Margot, is playing a little more nicely than the character.

Before finishing up her guest spot on set last night, Cox posted a behind-the-scenes Instagram photo with show stars Katie Stevens, Rita Volk, Michael Willett, Gregg Sulkin, Bailey De Young and Keith Powers and seemed to fit right in. It’s certainly a heartening sign, but we’ll see if the warm and fuzzies fade when Lauren’s inevitable storm of insults lands…

“Thanks everyone for being so amazing,” Cox captioned the shot above, and the feeling seemed to be mutual for Stevens, who tweeted “was such a pleasure working with you!! we love you!” in return.
