Watch Reese Witherspoon Play Her 'Legally Blonde' Character To Support A 4-Year-Old Battling Cancer

Elle Woods is back for a charitable cause.

Reese Witherspoon has donned her Elle Wood pink duds once again—and this time it's for a cause. Not that getting into Harvard to win back her ex-boyfriend wasn't important, but Reese posted this throwback "Pink Lady" video and Instagram on Wednesday (August 27) in a show support for a four-year-old named Will who is currently battling cancer.

Will's mother Julie emailed Reese to let her know that one of her best-known roles in 2001's "Legally Blonde" had helped cheer her son up while he was in the hospital. After hearing this, the actress simply had to send a personal message to her young fan.

Sending love from both Elle and her adorable puppy sidekick Bruiser, Reese is in head-to-toe pink and all smiles to help support one of her biggest fans during his tough battle.

"#TeamWill This is for one of the strongest little four-year-olds I can imagine," she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post. "Will - I hear that you're fighting so hard and strong against cancer and that in the hospital you've been watching a lot of Legally Blonde and loving it."

She continued on: "I hope it makes you laugh! I wanted you to know that I made this sign in your honor - and I'm sending a big big hug and my hope and prayers. Just know - I'm a really big fan of YOURS! PS anyone else - feel free to make your own sign for Will and post it with the hashtag #TeamWill so he can see it....I’m sure he’d love that!"

Reese also plans to participate in Stand Up To Cancer's for its fourth telecast fundraiser this September. In the meantime, she's encouraging fans to make their own #TeamWill signs to help send good vibes to this tough kid! Watch the full inspiring video below.
