As all mothers-to-be can attest, there's nothing quite like hearing your baby's heartbeat. Just ask Catelynn Lowell.

The "Teen Mom" cast member, who is expecting a girl with fiancé Tyler Baltierra, shared a heartwarming (heh) Instagram video from a recent doctor's visit.

"My baby girl listen careful and you can hear her heart beat!!" she captioned the clip, which offered some pretty precious audio thanks to a fetal doppler.

It's much easier to save a sonogram, but smart thinking on Catelynn's part for capturing, and keeping, the sound of that pitter-patter from inside the womb for years to come.

In addition, the 22-year-old, who has been documenting her growth during her second trimester, snapped a selfie of her burgeoning round bump -- with a perfectly color-coordinated manicure and shirt.
