Nothing beats your favorite band tee, amirite? Whether you copped it at a show or swiped it online before it sold out, you probably went out of your way to support your favorite artist—and with good reason. You're a huge fan! You'd do anything for them! But lately, we've noticed something strange happening: Musicians are starting to wear their own merch, too. Check out 15 musicians who got super meta with their merch as of late.
Beyonce kicked off 2014 wearing her own (very awesome) "Surfboard" sweatshirt, which is a shout-out to a lyric from her "Drunk in Love" song and, well, we'll just let Urban Dictionary explain the rest.
Thanks to Rihanna and Eminem's Monster Tour this month, our girl has been sporting tons of her new Trapstar merch these days. Her most meta move as of late? Wearing the shirt that features a picture of herself, on herself, in the most IDGAF way possible.
Jared Leto decided to wear his Thirty Seconds to Mars merch while performing at a Thirty Seconds to Mars show last week, which flips the whole never-wear-the-tee-of-the-band-you're-seeing-to-the-concert theory on its (very confusing) head. (But seriously, though, don't be that dude.)
OK, fine, this one isn't technically merch, but one of Miley Cyrus’ many Bangerz Tour performance outfits includes an oversized tee with her face on it, and luckily, her tour merch features tons of that.
Taylor Swift wore a fan-made shirt with her face on it, and it was, well, just as delightfully awkward as we had hoped.
5 SECONDS OF SUMMER

As it turns out, 5 Seconds of Summer wears their own tour merch so often we couldn't pick just one photo. (And we're pretty sure no one is complaining about it.)
Sure, Selena Gomez says she created her "Selenators" Dream Out Loud sweatpants for the fans, but IDK, y'all. She's rockin' them pret-ty hard.
