The House Band From Nickelodeon's 'Pete And Pete' Is Going On Tour

Polaris, live!

Retro Nickelodeon show "The Adventures of Pete & Pete" may be gone (its original run lasted from 1993 to 1996), but it's certainly not forgotten.

The show, which was praised for both its writing and weirdness (yes, this was the one where a mom with a metal plate in her head picked up and occasionally transmitted radio signals, as well as a separate title credit for said metal plate), was also in possession of an excellent house band, Polaris.

Polaris performed the song "Hey Sandy" that served as the show's theme song, as well as several tracks that played throughout the series. And guess what! Soon, you'll be able to hear "Hey Sandy" and more live.

Yeah, that's right, Polaris is going on a multi-city tour. Previously, the group had only recorded in the studio. Throughout October and November, however, the band will visit nine different cities.
