Fifth Harmony Are Performing At The VMA Pre-Show Tonight, So Cue The Butterflies, Freakouts & Meltdowns!

The BO$$ ladies are VMA nominees and Pre-Show performers. Deep breaths! Deep breaths!

The VMAs are only a few hours away and the ladies of Fifth Harmony are taking to Twitter to let you in on their prep for the evening and share in their feels.

Tonight’s VMAs aren't just your average awards show for the unstoppable girl group. This year marks their first-ever chance at a Moonman in the Artist to Watch category for “Miss Movin On.” The competition is especially fierce this year with other nominees such as the cuties from 5 Seconds of Summer, “Break the Rules” singer Charli XCX, Brit crooner Sam Smith and rapper Schoolboy Q.

The group will also be performing as part of the VMA Pre-Show, which has launched artists like Austin Mahone, last year’s Artist to Watch, or Ariana Grande -- now an a VMA opener -- into the stratosphere.

The girls have already been tweeting their breathless enthusiasm for tonight's show.

They’re also taking the time to send thanks to their fans and supporters who will be the ones to determine whether or not the group takes home the coveted prize.

(fingers crossed we get chosen for a follow from Lauren!)

And late last night, Camila Cabello tweeted about losing a prized possession, a silver bow ring that she planned on wearing for tonight’s festivities.

Despite that minor bump, I’m sure the five will be fine. It’s not every day a group can attend and perform at the VMAs as first-time nominees. Now’s the time for celebrating! Don't miss the VMA Pre-Show at 8 p.m. ET!
