YOUR FAVORITE MTV SHOWS ARE ON PARAMOUNT+

The Marvel/DC Movie Timeline Helps Plan Your Next 7 Years Of Superhero Movies

Holy future, Batman!

There are so many superhero movies coming out that it's getting hard to keep track of all of them.

Luckily, the folks at IGN decided to take pity on us, and created an infogrpahic that shows every upcoming Marvel release date on one side (including the properties owned by Fox and Sony) against every DC release date on the other, starting with next May's "Avengers: Age of Ultron," and ending in 2020, which sounds super-futuristic but is actually coming up pretty fast.

After "Ultron," there are two more Marvel movies before the next DC movie, "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice."

In fact, DC is relatively outnumbered, with nine releases to the twenty for Marvel properties. Included in the graphic are eight untitled but announced DC release dates, with seven for Marvel Studios, and one for Fox, though some of those might fall through.

But if there's anything this infographic shows, it's that for comic book movie fans, this truly is a golden age.
