It's Throwback Thursday, and Mac Miller's taking yet another walk down memory lane. But this time -- instead of doing things like hitting up his favorite record store -- he's strolling down the hallways of his former high school in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this "Mac Miller and the Most Dope Family" bonus scene, Mac returns to his hometown to receive the prestigious key to the city but takes some time to stop by his old school. While there, he and his principal reminisce about what Mac was like as a kid.
"I met you when you told me you were a rapper, and then I saw you do a rap battle in the cafeteria," she remembers. "We allowed it to happen because creative expression is good."
"Which we appreciated," Mac says.
The "Most Dope" rapper then admits he wasn't always an A+ student, but he did master the art of the hallway handshake.
Find out what he means in the clip, below, and watch more "Mac Miller and the Most Dope Family" Wednesdays at 11:30/10:30c on MTV2!
