The Black Keys’ ‘Weight Of Love’ Video Could Use Some Nicolas Cage

It kind of reminds us of 'The Wicker Man.'

Models and cults, oh my! The Black Keys have released their new music video for “Weight of Love.” The Theo Wenner-directed short film features model Lara Stone, who stars as the leader of a sea-side cult replete with similarly modelesque ladies.

Seamlessly transitioning from the video for “Fever” — in which Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney play televangelists — the vid finds Stone’s cult wandering around a lighthouse dressed in white, sometimes performing strange aerobic routines.

Could this be some kind of lost religion focused on fitness? A colony of virgins preparing for sacrifice? Or, perhaps, some kind of New Age model bootcamp?

Either way, it reminds us of the classic 2006 remake of “The Wicker Man,” starring Nicolas Cage. With fewer bees.
