Jon Bellion Keeps His New Video ‘Simple And Sweet’

The Eminem and Rihanna writer rises to the occasion.

If you don’t know Jon Bellion, you surely know his work.

Last year, the Long Island, New York native earned a major writing credit for his contributions to Eminem and Rihanna’s hit single “The Monster.” While Bellion has indirectly found success on pop radio, he’s building a fan base independently and even earned himself a spot performing at the Wireless Festival earlier this year.

Now, if Bellion continues to drop videos like his latest, “Simple and Sweet,” it’s only a matter of time before he becomes a household name. The track is off the singer/songwriter/producer’s upcoming project The Definition, and not only features a catchy tune, but the video, which Jon dropped on Tuesday (August 12), has some pretty cool effects, as well.

The clip has a beautiful snow scene, there’s some pretty nifty swordplay, some nice eye candy and scenes of Bellion just floating in the air as he sings lovingly over a sparse and airy track. We’re sold.
