Just about a week after the Memphis rapper dropped his new single, he shot the visuals out in Los Angeles. MTV News joined him on the set of the Benny Boom-directed video, which was filmed in a lot packed with custom cars and vixens. It was all Tennessee vibes on the West Coast for this one.
"[The set] made me feel like I was in Memphis -- [with] the cars and the chicks, all the scenes are super dope," Juicy J explained, adding that he usually leaves creative up to the director. "I read some of the treatment, but I trust Benny Boom. A lot of times when he sends me stuff I might read just a half of it, or a third of it [because] I trust his judgement."
"[And] I already know there's gonna be some surprises. Every video he's shot for me, I barely read the treatment because it takes the fun out of it."
Juicy J is expected to drop his fourth solo album Pure THC: The Hustle Continues later this year. Go behind the scenes in the video above.
