Looks like there's more than just money in that banana stand – Netflix Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos recently told USA Today he's "positive" the streaming service will order up another season of "Arrested Development."
“It’s just a matter of when,” he said. He also admitted that the scheduling would have to be planned carefully to get more of the cast in scenes together, calling complaints that last season seemed to have been assembled piecemeal "a fair criticism."
Netflix has been kicking serious butt in the original programming department, with the success of "Orange is the New Black," "House of Cards" and the upcoming Wachowski-directed series "Sense8" – so their adoption of the Bluth family for a fourth season was a cherry-on-top move.
We've suspected they'd be on board for a fifth for some time now, and this latest comment seems to solidify it. We knew we didn't blue our chance!
