How many couples get the chance to get engaged in the presence of their favorite band? A great Arcade Fire concert turned adorable Wednesday night when a fan got down on one knee and straight-up asked his girlfriend to marry him in the middle of a song.

The Grammy-winning indie rock band was playing through a spirited rendition of “Neighborhood #1 (Tunnels)”, the opening song from their debut 2004 album Funeral, when frontman Win Butler noticed an audience member get down on his knees in the front row of the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California.

The singer grinned without missing a beat as he watched the fan propose to his lady friend.

“What’d she say?” Butler asked, then handed the microphone to the smiling couple as the band finished out the song.

Apparently, she said yes. “I love you, Chelsea! I’m going to marry you and spend the rest of my life with you!” said the fan to his brand-new fiancé.
