Thanos is coming to bring the pain to Earth, and he's starting with San Diego.
The Mad Titan at the heart of "Guardians of the Galaxy" and future Marvel movies made his Comic-Con debut tonight. Really, it was Josh Brolin's debut, but the two are one and the same by now. That's right: Marvel has officially confirmed Brolin as Thanos, the super villain teased at the end of "The Avengers," and set to light up both Earth's Mightiest Heroes and the Guardians in many movies to come.
Here's Brolin wielding Thanos' Infinity Gauntlet, an artifact capable of levels of destruction beyond mortal comprehension:
Yeah, let's not mess with this guy.
Thanos makes his debut in "Guardians of the Galaxy" on August 1.
