'Teen Mom 2' Sneak Peek: Leah's New Medication Causes Side Effects

The mother of three is being treated for anxiety -- but experiences some trouble along the way.

Leah has a lot on her plate during this season's "Teen Mom 2:" She's juggling Ali's medical condition, her children, her job and her marriage to Jeremy. Last week, the young mother told a friend that she's feeling overwhelmed and planned to seek help for her anxiety.

In the sneak peek below, we learn that Leah has seen a doctor and has been taking medication to ease her stress. But it's not a quick fix: She tells Jeremy that when she first takes her prescription, she feels calm; after she takes her second pill, she starts to feel "really messed up."

"Maybe it's just me thinking about it too much," an upset Leah says. "But I'm about to start crying because I feel like...I'm on drugs. And I've never felt like that ever in my life. I don't like feeling like that."

Jeremy encourages his wife to call her doctor, then admits the side effects are apparent.

"[I] can see it in your eyes right now," he says.

"Yeah, that's what I'm saying, and it makes me feel bad," she says, crying.

Watch the couple's candid conversation, and be sure to catch a new episode of "Teen Mom 2" on Wednesday at 10/9c.
