Tracy Morgan Enters Rehab For Car Crash Injuries

Morgan is 'continuing to show signs of improvement.'

It looks like Tracy Morgan is finally on the road to recovery and is entering rehab for injuries sustained earlier this month.

This comes on the heels of learning that the comedian, who was left in critical condition after a late-night car crash on the New Jersey Turnpike, was upgraded to fair condition a few days ago.

Morgan's limo bus was being driven by Kevin Roper when it crashed into a truck. Roper pleaded not guilty to a charge of vehicular homicide and assault by auto after the crash killed comedian Jimmy McNair and left Morgan and three others in critical condition.

But now it appears the actor is ready to begin rehabbing his injuries, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"Tracy has been transferred to an undisclosed rehab center, where he is expected to remain for the next few weeks," said his publicist Lewis Kay. "While he is continuing to show signs of improvement, he still has a long way to go. He and Megan wanted to publicly express their deepest gratitude to everyone at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for the unbelievable care and attention they provided him."

There has been no update on the other three people hurt in the crash, though Jeffrey Millia was also upgraded to fair condition.
