For a sequel to one of the most beloved movie franchises of all time, “Jurassic World” has given a steady stream of info to fans who are ready for more of that dino DNA — some with the approval of director Colin Trevorrow and some without.

Unless Trevorrow has decided to get into intricate acts of trolling and faked a dinosaur head with a piece of cardboard and a flashlight, that would appear to be the shadow of a practical effects creature.
Steven Spielberg’s original “Jurassic Park” used a combination of practical effects and CGI to create some of the best-aging movie creatures of the 90s. Twenty years later, it should come as a relief to fans that some of the old magic will still be there when “Jurassic World” opens next year.
