Thirty Seconds To Mars’ Shannon Leto Arrested For Drunk Driving

The drummer was arrested for DUI on Monday night after his car stalled in the street.

Thirty Seconds to Mars drummer Shannon Leto was arrested for DUI on Monday night after police noticed signs of impairment after approaching his vehicle.

MTV News confirmed with the Los Angeles Police Department that they arrested Leto, brother of Oscar-winning actor and Mars singer Jared, when they saw his car stalled on Fairfax Blvd. in Hollywood at 7 p.m.

The drummer had an outstanding traffic warrant for driving without a license.

Leto is currently in police custody on $5,000 bail, with an additional $2,500 for driving without a license, according to TMZ.

Thirty Seconds to Mars has a tour date in Turin, Italy, on Thursday. No word on if the arrest will affect their Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams Tour.
