Good news, Truebies! The seventh and final season of "True Blood" is less than a week away. We've been through a lot with our resident Bon Temps vampires, fairies, witches, and shapeshifters (and one or two humans), and a lot's changed over the past six seasons.
Luckily, HBO has something to quench your blood-lust for at least a little bit, with this 30-minute retrospective on the show, as show creator Alan Ball joins Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, Alexander Skarsgard, and all your favorite cast members living and undead in a roundtable to reminisce about their favorite moments and say goodbye to the show.
You'll discover the show's humble beginnings as Alan Ball visited a dentist's office (of course), crazy fans asking Joe Manganiello (Alcide) to lick and bite him, and orgies.
And of course, as Moyer says, "It's hard to talk about the show without talking about sex."
Add in some behind-the-scenes footage of vampires exploding and that you get to hear Ryan Kwanten's (Jason) Australian accent — did we just blow your mind? — and you have one great bit of fan service for fans who just can't wait till Sunday for the final season.
Still, if this retrospective is any reminder, it'll be well worth the wait.
The final season of "True Blood" premieres Sunday, June 22 at 9 p.m. E.T.
