Lil Wayne And Birdman's Kiss Was Normal Turk Says -- 'We All Used To Do That Sh--'

'They're just like the mob, they kiss each other all the time,' Turk explains.

Birdman has already addressed the now-infamous photo that captured him kissing Lil Wayne on the lips in 2006, but there will always be intrigue around it. Former Hot Boy member Turk reiterates that it this was routine in the Cash Money family, though.

Turk told VladTV that all young members of Cash Money looked up to Birdman as a father and a simple show of affection was just blown out of proportion.

"They caught them in a moment [and] the fans and the media made it into an issue that it wasn't," Turk said. "They're just like the mob, they kiss each other all the time. And I'm not with Baby and them to this day, but that was just something a n---a did in house."

He added that only Juvenile, who was older, wasn't so affectionate with Birdman. "We all used to do that sh--, that was an in-house thing," he continued. "It just was a homeboy thing, and when the media gets to it, they gon' blow it out of proportion. [Now] I wouldn't do that sh--, but back then we was young, it was all love. We had love for each other."

Birdman had a similar response when he was questioned about it. "That’s my son. If he was right here, I’d kiss him again," he told Tim Westwood in 2009. "I kiss my daughter, my other son -- you have children? Well, if you did you’d understand what I meant with it. I just think people took that too far man. That’s my son. I’ll do it again tomorrow, I’ll kill for him. Ride and die for him.”
