Demi Lovato Sings Ed Sheeran's 'Give Me Love' And It's Hauntingly Perfect

Ed reveals their collaboration could happen in two weeks.

Demi Lovato just got us beyond excited about her potential collaboration with Ed Sheeran.

In between being the most adorable tourist ever while in London, Demi stopped by Capital FM for an exclusive live performance of not only her hit songs, but a very special cover of Ed Sheeran's + track, "Give Me Love."

Demi's rendition shows off her vocals as she perfectly translates all the emotions of the song- from hurt, to pain, to love. The singer, who performed the song at an iHeartRadio radio session back in April, also sang stripped-down versions of her hits, "Neon Lights," "Give Your Heart A Break" and "Heart Attack."

To both the Sheerios' and the Lovatics' delight, Ed and Demi have been making plans to work together, after she tweeted that one of her dream collaborations was the British star.

Sheeran told Capital FM on Tuesday that recording a song together could happen sooner rather than later.

"She's one of the few that can actually bring it live. Like, she's got vocals," he said. "I see her in two weeks, we're doing the same show together, so we'll discuss then. We may even do it that night, you never know!"

Ed and Demi will both be performing at the MYfm Presents My Big Night Out concert, which goes down June 16 at the Hollywood Bowl in Hollywood, California.

Make sure you watch Ed in the MTV documentary "Nine Days and Nine Nights," which gives fans an intimate look into his life and brings you into the studio as he records his second album, Multiply. Watch it on MTV Tuesday, June 10 at 11p/10c.
