Shakira Goes Full-On Carnivale In Her 'La La La (Brazil 2014)' Video

Just try not to dance along to this World Cup celebration.

Because one video per Shakira single is never enough, the Colombian superstar has released a clip for "La La La (Brazil 2014)," a World Cup-themed rework of her latest single, "Dare (La La La)."

While the EDM pulse of the original and its infectious, monosyllabic hook have been left intact (seriously, just try getting that "la la la la la" out of your head for the next 24 hours), this new version includes a feature by Brazilian musician Carlinhos Brown, pounding drums, and some new lyrics challenging every competing nation to go for the gold.

That's all well and good, but did the "Empire" singer have to drop "Let's not recover from the hangover/ When your eyes got me drunk I was sober"? I know that said line would literally make zero sense in an athletic context, but it's easily No. 2 or 3 on the list of my favorite Shak-isms.

Whatever, I'll gladly take the cameo from Shakira's babely-as-hell boyfriend, professional footballer Gerard Piqué, in exchange. Thanks for that!
