The Black Keys Are Going On Tour Whether You Like It Or Not

First, the Black Keys took us to church in the holler-if-you-hear-me video for “Fever.”

And now, in the equally grainy announcement video for their mega-North American fall tour in support of the Turn Blue album, the boys set up a fake press conference to announce the dates for the outing that will feature support from Jake Bugg, Cage the Elephant and St. Vincent. The tour kicks off on September 5 in Columbus, Ohio, and is currently slated to run through a December 21 date in Kansas City.

The Keys are the musical guests on this weekend’s “Saturday Night Live” and will kick off their 2014 dates with a headline appearance on May 16 at this year’s Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
