Ok, so that's pretty cool.

A new clip from "X-Men: Days of Future Past" has premiered over at Yahoo!, and it gives us the first, non-trailer look at Bolivar Trask (Peter Dinklage) and Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence) in action.

Trask presents his new weapons system when someone in the room full of military leaders sets off the mutant alarm. Hmmm, I wonder who that could be...

Anyway, the action harkens back to the original trilogy and the Mystique we knew back then, which is another way of saying that she's a badass.

"X-Men: Days of Future Past" opens in theaters on May 23.
