James Franco Swears On His Mother's Life Lindsay Lohan’s F-List Is A Lie

'I will swear on my mother's life that I never had sex with her.'

James Franco has a message for Lindsay Lohan: nice try.

The actor/author was on Howard Stern's satellite radio show on Wednesday (April 30) to talk theater, movies and his new poetry book "Directing Herbert White," which, well, features a poem about Lohan.

Because he can't get enough of the sex lives of his celebrity guests, Stern once again asked Franco to confirm rumors that the "Of Mice And Men" Broadway star had been intimate with Lohan.

"It's a lie," Franco said of the recently leaked list of Lohan's alleged conquests. "I will swear on my mother's life that I never had sex with her."

Stern reminded Franco that the last time the actor was on his show he also denied sleeping with Lohan. "I will swear on anything you ask that I have never had sex with Lindsay Lohan," said Franco, who has repeated his denial in a number of recent interviews. "All right, we maybe kissed... it was lame. I can't believe she put me on that private list, she's so delusional!"

Franco isn't embarrassed that he made out with Lohan, but at this point it's ancient history to him.

"When we made out it was so long ago ... I was like a nice guy," he said, recalling that their make-out happened when he was filming "Spider-Man 2" in New York in 2004.

"'Okay [I said], the kiss is enough.' It was also like, 'What the hell am I doing?' She was young," he said.

The pair have known each other for years and before he became the superstar mega-hyphenate that he is now, Franco admitted he was kind of crushing on the "Mean Girls" actress.

At the time that they locked lips, Franco said he was not as well-known and Lohan was a bigger name. Years later, when both were living at Hollywood's luxury Chateau Marmont hotel, the flirtation continued.

"I don't know what to say other than we were at this hotel during a very dark period of her history and I think she liked ... it seemed pretty damn clear that she liked me," he said.

While he was getting his bachelor's degree at UCLA in 2007, Franco described how he'd come home late from class and usually see a party going on in one of Lohan's two rooms. When she spotted him, she'd come down and hang out with him near the pool and sometimes she'd really surprise him.

"She even broke into my room one time," he said. "I was on the couch and opened my eyes and there's Lindsay in my room at 3 am."
