Beyonce And Jay Z Storm Coachella For The Second Weekend In A Row

This time Hov performed with Pharrell, while Bey jammed out with her family.

Jay Z and Beyoncé stole the show at Coachella during weekend one, with cameos during Nas and Solange’s sets, respectively, and surprisingly enough Mr. and Mrs. Carter made encore appearances during weekend two. Other surprise guests included Beck, Pusha T, Usher, T.I. and some Daft Punk look-a-likes.

Daft Punk Joins Arcade Fire?
During their Sunday night set, Arcade Fire announced that they had “some very special guests” backstage. One of those guests was Beck, who sang a cover of Prince’s “Controversy.” Two performers that appeared to be Daft Punk
— dressed in-all white robot costumes, complete with helmets — played a slow-tempo version of the hit “Get Lucky.” There has been no confirmation that it was actually Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo in the suits though.

Jay Z and Pharrell Get Their Medley On
At weekend one, Jay Z made a cameo during Nas’ set, performing his classics “Dead Presidents” and “Where I’m From,” but this time it was Pharrell he jammed with. Hov and P ran through a few of their collaborations, including “La La La (Excuse Me Miss),” “Frontin’”and “I Just Wanna Love U (Give it 2 Me).” Jay still found some time to kick it with Nas though, posing for a flick backstage.

Pusha T, T.I. and Usher Also Join Pharrell
Pharrell might’ve broken a record for the most Coachella cameos during his second weekend. Weekend one saw a long list of appearances from the likes of Snoop Dogg, Gwen Stefani and Tyler, the Creator, while week two included Pusha T, Usher and T.I., in addition to Jay Z. T.I. dropped in for a performance of “Blurred Lines,” Pusha T delivered Clipse’s “Grindin,’” while Usher performed his hit “U Don’t Have to Call.”

Beyoncé Was Just Having Fun With The Family
After crashing the stage during Solange’s set at weekend one, Beyoncé returned just have to some fun this time. Along with Solo and her nephew Jules, Bey caught Skrillex’s DJ set (apparently while swilling some D’usse from her water bottle) and she wasn’t shy about dancing up a storm in the front row. She captured all of those magical moments on her Tumblr and Instagram accounts.

After commanding an appearance from Justin Bieber during his set the previous weekend, Chance the Rapper was forced to cancel his second show after being hospitalized.
