'The Maze Runner': Dylan O'Brien Freaks Out In Trailer Teaser

15 seconds of trailer footage hit online, in advance of 'Teen Wolf' premiere.

What's in the Box? What's in the Boooox?

Oh wait, it's just Dylan O'Brien in about 15 seconds of footage from "The Maze Runner" trailer, which will globally premiere tonight (March 17) on "Teen Wolf" at 10 p.m. ET.

Gladers have been anxiously awaiting the first footage from Twentieth Century Fox's film adaptation of the first book in James Dashner's best-selling fiction series. And while these scant few seconds are a just a tease of the full trailer, hot on the heels of the poster debut we can safely say the adaptation looks to be in safe hands.

The book starts off with hero Thomas (O'Brien) waking up in an elevator called The Box with no memory other than his own name, and enough basic information to remind him he's human. The elevator rises for what seems like forever, and then opens up on... Something.

If you've read the books, you know what happens next, but otherwise we'll save spoilers for the eventual trailer reveal. Suffice to say, this is very much just the beginning of an epic adventure; and the footage so far seems to be a faithful adaptation.

You can catch the full trailer tonight during "Teen Wolf," and then head back to MTV News to watch it over, and over again. "The Maze Runner" hits theaters on September 19.
