The Grand Budapest Hotel, the luxury accommodations at the heart of Wes Anderson's latest film, is one of the finest establishments to ever rent rooms out in the fictional Republic of Zubrowka. But as anyone who has ever stayed at a hotel before knows, not every suite can be as swanky as the Grand Budapest.
This includes stars Tony Revolori and Saoirse Ronan, of course, who shared their hotel horror stories with MTV News during the "Grand Budapest Hotel" press day. And while it wasn't a competition, I have to say that Revolori, who plays Zero in the film, came out on top.
That isn't to put Ronan's story down. She told a tale about a hotel that was apparently run by one man, who served as the concierge, bellhop, repairman and waiter. The inn reminded her of something straight out of the classic British sitcom "Fawlty Towers."
But when your hotel nightmare doesn't involve a bunch of sex toys, it's hard to compete with Revolori's. Hear his story in the video above!
"The Grand Budapest Hotel" is in theaters now.
