The foursome — who hit the stage before Lovato and after Fifth Harmony on the trek — recently stopped by "Live From MTV" on Monday and explained that the nationwide tour had been even more than they hoped for.
"It's better than we could have imagined," Jesy said. "We never knew what to expect when we came here, and the audience has been absolutely incredible. They know all the words to the songs and we still get shocked when we put the mic up and we sing 'Wings' and they all sing back."
However, things haven't been running entirely smoothly while in the States. In fact, Leigh-Anne had such a frightening experience while on the rehearsal stage that she "nearly died" after a prop from Fifth Harmony's set landed on her head.
"Leigh-Ann is the most dramatic person you will ever meet, but this time bless her because honestly my heart went out to her," Perrie said. "Fifth Harmony have these things [props], and obviously no one knew they were going to be wobbling like the way they were. And then we were just doing our own thing and then the next thing you know this thing just comes down and cracks Leigh-Anne on the head."
Leigh-Anne continued, "And then I fell to the floor and the mic went into my nose. I got a nice big lip, but I didn't put any ice on it because I wanted it to stay plump. It's a miracle really."
Injuries aside, the girls, who wrap up their time on the tour later this month, have been having a blast while on the road, hanging out with the girls of 5H. Before their time is up they are hoping to spend some more time with Lovato and her "so hot" haircut.
