'Batman: Arkham Knight' Finally Gives Players What They've Been Asking For

The final game in Rocksteady's trilogy hands players the keys to the Batmobile.

Rocksteady (via Game Informer) has unveiled the final game of their Dark Knight trilogy, "Batman: Arkham Knight," with a cover, a behind-the-scenes video and a trailer, but one word would have sufficed in order to get fans excited.

Yes, players will finally be able to control the Caped Crusader's famous set of battle-ready wheels. The Batmobile features heavily in the four-minute preview for the game, which also teases an epic final conflict between Batman and his rogues gallery, featuring Harley Quinn, Two Face and Penguin.

The trailer takes the emotional angle of setting the action under a voiceover of Bruce Wayne's father reading his last will and testament. It's as moody and badass as expected and does a proper job of getting people exciting for Rocksteady to return with one final "Arkham" game.

"Batman: Arkham Knight" is hitting PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC later this year.
