Need To Know: 'Frozen' Breaks Record; Rick Ross, Pharrell, Lea Michele Release Albums

Three big albums and a billion dollars make for an exciting Tuesday.

The world loves "Frozen" so much that we can't seem to, ahem, let it go. The flick keeps profiting, while Pharrell Williams, Rick Ross and Lea Michele all try to climb the Billboard charts with brand-new albums. Need an excuse to bump that new music loud? Throw a Mardi Gras party. Here are Fat Tuesday's top stories.

'Frozen' Continues To Ice The Competition

The Disney movie took home Best Animated Film at the Oscars on Sunday and it seems that the world agrees with the Academy in its top honor. "Frozen" broke the billion-dollar mark, which means it's become the second highest grossing cartoon of all time behind "Toy Story 3," and the most profitable non-sequel animated movie ever. And it hasn't even opened in Japan yet! Could Elsa, Anna and Kristoff trump Woody and Buzz after that? We'll be belting "Let It Go" until then.

Scarlett Johansson Pregnant With First Child?

The "Her" star was noticeably absent from Sunday's Academy Awards. Perhaps because she was trying to conceal a baby bump? Rumors are circulating that Johannson and fiancé Romain Dauriac, a French journalist, are expecting a child together. No official word from the rep, but we'll still be dreaming of a Black Widow baby.

Big Names Drop Big Albums

After months of patiently waiting for some of music's most anticipated new albums, we got all three in one day. Pharrell gives us G I R L, which features Neptunes beats and some rad guest vocals. Lea Michele is getting Louder, an album that's sure to make us feel all the feelings. And, after a few delays, we finally got Rick Ross' Mastermind a full day early. Which one are you feeling most so far?

Let The Good Times Roll

It's Mardi Gras, y'all! Regardless, any excuse for a little Tuesday party is one we like. We'll be celebrating with some of our favorite stars from New Orleans... watching Harry Connick Jr. steal the show on "American Idol," maybe sing along to some twangy Reese Witherspoon country covers or, hey, just re-watch NOLA-native Ellen DeGeneres' hilarious opening monologue from Sunday's Oscars! Whatever we do, we're doing it with a King Cake. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
