2014 Oscars Fashion: Who Really Slayed The Red Carpet? [Poll]

From capes to cropped pants, these stars took risks on Sunday -- and it paid off.

When it comes to awards show fashion, we've come to accept that Hollywood treats the Oscars more like a very posh senior prom for grown-ups than the spring/summer collections at Paris Fashion Week: so, generally, "likes" for mermaid gowns and gags for the Osman Yousefzada jumpsuits.

But at Sunday night's 86th annual ceremony at the Dolby Theatre, amid the sea of pretty pastels and blue beauties (with all due respect, I am not referring to you, Ms. Liza Minnelli), there were some risk-takers. Veritable fashion killers like Pharrell, Emma Watson and Charlize Theron came, walked and slayed the red carpet.
