"Captain America: The Winter Soldier" wasn't the only big draw at Hasbro's Toy Fair Preview Night. In fact, crowds were probably twice as huge to catch the first in-person glimpse anywhere of their line for Marvel's "Guardians of the Galaxy." Part of the reason for this is that the trailer hasn't premiered yet, and ravenous fans snapped up any morsel they could on the space-set non-sequel.

Luckily, Hasbro delivered. The extensive line features figures for all of the Guardians, including a 9" tall Groot (a talking tree-like alien) who has space for his friend Rocket (who looks like, but is not a raccoon) to sit on his shoulders.

There are also larger, talking versions of Rocket and Chris Pratt's Star-Lord. Though we weren't able to confirm whether Rocket was, in fact, voiced by Bradley Cooper, Star-Lord most definitively is voiced by Pratt. The toy featured wild lines (captured outside of a studio) the Hasbro team grabbed from Pratt while on set at "Guardians" in London. This Star-Lord wears an old-school Walkman and headphones, something that comes into play (no pun intended) in the movie; and something that provides a rock n' roll soundtrack for some of Pratt's lines.

Given the secrecy surrounding the movie, probably the biggest reveals involved some newer characters. We got a good look at Lee Pace's Ronan The Accuser, packaged with Star-Lord:

A three pack with Groot, Rocket, and our first ever look at a Nova Corps soldier (think cops, but for outer space):

Our first look at Korath (Djimon Hounsou), an alien with ties to both Ronan and uber-villain Thanos:

And a Sakaaran Trooper, which also comes packed with Groot and Rocket Raccoon. As previously reported, the presence of Sakaarans, though unrecognizable here with their masked faces, is a possible indicator of an upcoming "Planet Hulk" movie. The alien race was first introduced in that storyline, and was previously cut out of "Thor: The Dark World."

Also of interest are three ships: a Nova Corps Starblaster; Star-Lord's Milano Spaceship, which was described as his "hero ship" in the movie; and Rocket's Warbird, which he apparently obtains at some point during the film.

So what does all this tell us about the movie? Well... Not much. But as long as we can wear a Rocket mask to the premiere, it'll all be good in our book.

"Guardians of the Galaxy" opens August 1. Hasbro's toy line will hit stores in July.
