A long time ago, we used to be friends; and now it’s time to say hello to those friends again, as MTV Movie Brawl winner “Veronica Mars” has opened the doors (or s’mores, if you want to get more marshmallow about it) on the upcoming movie, revealing the first clip, scenes from an Entertainment Weekly cover-shoot and more.
In the just released clip from the March 14 film, we get to see Veronica (Kristen Bell) back home sparring once again with father Keith Mars (Enrico Colantoni). Along with the clip, the good folks at EW have also revealed a cover featuring Bell and Jason Dohring, who plays romantic bad-boy Logan Echolls, chewing on marshmallows and goofing around. There’s also a behind-the-scenes clip from the shoot that reveals that Bell would have shot the movie in her backyard with a flip-cam if she had to; and Dohring and Bell switch roles for a key scene from the TV show:
The full issue of Entertainment Weekly, which promises future plans for “Veronica Mars,” as well as a look at whether other cult shows will return to the screen, hits stands on February 14.
