Jay Z, Pharrell, Arcade Fire Lead mtvU 2014 Woodie Awards Nominees

Bastille, Beyoncé, Kanye West and Daft Punk also got nods for the March 16 show.

Grammys are cool, but how many bands can say they have a piece of lumber on their shelf called the Did it My Way Woodie? Well, Arcade Fire might be able to a month from now, because that's one of a leading three awards they're up for at the 2014 mtvU Woodie Awards.

The 10th annual event honoring the music that college students have on repeat will once again take place in Austin, Texas, during the SXSW Music Festival, with a half-hour "2014 Woodie Awards Special" slated to air on March 16 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

In addition to the new My Way category honoring innovation, Arcade Fire are up for Best Video Woodie and Performing Woodie. Other multiple nominees include: Lorde, Daft Punk, Beyoncé, Drake, Jay Z, Pharrell, Imagine Dragons, Bastille, Disclosure, the 1975, Chance the Rapper and A$AP Rocky.

The night's biggest honor, Woodie of the Year, will pit Grammy winner Lorde against Pharrell, Dragons, Disclosure, Drake and Zedd.
