At this point, there's no doubt that Miley Cyrus has undergone a total transformation. But in a cover shoot for W magazine, the former Disney star shows acres of skin, bleached eyebrows and a blonde bob that make her almost unrecognizable.
Cyrus posted the pics on Monday morning (February 3), including one in which she wears a leather jacket. That's it. She also gave some shout-outs to the superstar fashion photographers who gave her the sultry makeover, Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.
"I love you my babbbbiezzzzz," she told the pair alongside a close-up of her face dripping water.
The gallery also includes a tight shot of Cyrus' face bathed in red light in which she looks like a 1960s movie star.
The pièce de résistance, though, is the actual cover shot, where Miley lounges naked on a bed while hugging a pillow and wearing nothing but rings and bracelets.
The photos accompany an article titled, "My Oh Miley!," in which "America's baddest girl" speaks to journalist Ronan Farrow. In the piece, we learn a lot about the singer, including that she doesn't love kids because she was around too many for way too long as a child star. And frankly, "They're so f---ing mean."
She also encourages girls to ignore the images Hollywood feeds them and just to be themselves. "That's not what it's about," she says. "It's, like, personal style."
